About Me.

Software Engineer

During my career, I executed tasks & projects in various roles in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). I started my career as a software tester. During this period, I’ve improved my programming skills. Afterwards I continued my career as a software developer in which I switched between Java and .NET.

During the lifecycle of various software releases, I picked up different roles from start to finish. From gathering Business Requirements, translating Functional Requirements into user friendly software while defining and optimising the Technical Architecture. Being responsible for the code and follow-up of the deliverables in every aspect, and eventually make sure that the production quality meets the customer expectations.

After deployments I provided the follow up and maintenance to maintain happy customers.

When I worked as a business intelligence developer, we created insights in the costs structure of large companies, based on organisational structure. Here I gathered the skills in data visualisations and gave transparency in cost structures.

While coaching people I am striving to bring out the best in them. In order to have a positive impact and to achieve maximum goals in each project. Being skilled as a project manager or team lead, I am able to help resources and team members to the level of bits and bytes.
